Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $300 refundable security deposit on 1 week or more and $200 on less than one week.
- $135 Nightly $850 Weekly *Special Monthly Rates Upon Request
$90 one time cleaning fee, not included in rate.
All Rates are based on double occupancy. $20 extra per person, per night.
Credit Card Payments accepted thru Pay Pal. *2.9% Paypal service charge (Domestic) 3.9% (Internationally)
We request 50% deposit to confirm your reservation & balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
