Big Canoe House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3900/wk, $600/wk night, $1500/weekend [two nights]
- $600/night .. $1500/weekend(2 nights) .. $3900/week
Summer season weekly rental only, Other seasons two night minimum.
Reservation is confirmed with receipt of check for half base rental.
Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival receive full refund.
$275 Cleaning fee per rental.
Arrival time is 4:00PM and departure is 10:00AM.
Pets are allowed, screened. Smoking allowed.
A $500 security deposit is required and refundable upon inspection.
