- Island parking fee of $6.00 per day is used to support conservation and stewardship of the island.
- We rent through Jekyll Realty in order to give guests another on-island contact. I will be glad to answer any questions but actual reservations must be made through Jekyll Realty.
Reservations are accepted with one-half of the rent due and payable within ten days. If the deposit is not received within the 10-day period, the reservation will be cancelled. The balance plus taxes is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Georgia sales tax is 6%. A 5% hotel-motel tax is charged on the first 10 days or less of any stay. A 1% Rental Tax is charged on all reservations. - Weekly rentals are from Sat. to Sat. Other rental periods are possible during non-summer months with a three night minimum.
Rates for long-term stays are available upon request.
