- Weekly rentals (Sat-Sat) range from $650 - $1175. There is 10.5% tax and a $200 refundable security deposit. NO REGISTRATION, CLEANING, OR BED LINEN FEES. Guests are asked to leave the condo in the same condition as found upon occupancy. Owners ensure spotless condition upon arrival of new guests.
Mini-week and weekend rentals (3 night minimum) available in the off-season (Sept-May). Availability during peak season (June-August) on last minute basis only.
Rates vary depending upon rental period desired and ages and number of occupants. Call or email owner directly for current rates and availability. Prompt response to all inquiries.
THIS IS NOT A STUDENT RENTAL PROPERTY.
One occupant must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy unit for duration of rental period.
Check-in Sat. 2:00 pm. Check-out Sat. 10:00 am. Arrival and departure times flexible in the off-season.
