Hill City Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A security damage deposit of $500.00 is secured by a Visa, MasterCard or Discover upon arrival.

When you stay six consecutive nights the seventh night is free!
Rates are based on the number of people in your party.
It is $20 for each additional person over the low season occupancy of two or the peak season occupancy of six. - Cancellations & Refunds:
For a full refund of your deposit a 60 day notice of cancellation is required; if canceled later the refund will be based on whether the cottage can be re-rented. If the home is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded less a $65.00 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable during holidays and the Sturgis Rally. All reservations (except during the Sturgis Rally and Holidays) may be rescheduled according to availability with a full transfer of the deposit to the new reservation time.
Deposit:
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 1/2 of stay is required. Visa, MasterCard, or Discover are preferred methods of payment. Balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
