- Rates show full house rental. Sleeps up to 20. Smaller accomodations available.
- Rent the whole house: $428/night. 2 night min. $365/night 3-6 nights. $2275 weekly.
Damage Deposit $300.00, Maintenance fee $135.
50% due to confirm reservation with balance due 14 days before arrival.
Credit cards by PayPal only. Until reservation confirmed, rates subject to change.
Cancellation Policy: full refund if cancel by time balance is due. If cancel 7-14
days prior fee 25%. If cancel less than 7 days prior no refund. - DC al Fine $299/night 2 night min. Holidays 3 night min. in both units.
