- The master bedroom is on the first floor with a private balcony overlooking the river, cathedral ceiling, skylights, a king-size bed, and master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. The lower level has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private full bath. Also located on the lower level is a large game room with a fireplace, pool table, dart board, pull-out queen sofa, television and a patio overlooking the river. The second floor has two bedrooms, a loft area and one full bath. One bedroom has two twin beds and the other a canopy queen bed and a daybed that converts into a king bed. The house is fully-equipped... luxury linens throughout.
