The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, double door refrigerator with ice dispenser, dishwasher, oven, flat top 4 burner stove, microwave and all the cooking and serving utensils you would expect.

Fully equipped kitchen with extras: If cooking on vacation is not your desire, try one or all of our island flavor restaurants, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Browsing through cozy Captiva Village or Periwinkle Way on Sanibel Island will fulfill any fun shopping needs. Dining area is ready between the kitchen and living area. Ready to seat and serve vacationers for breakfast, lunch or dinner or those late night games with the family. CD stereo with remote is located here on the deskette area also offering DSL connection and answering machine. The living area overlooks the lanai area and a spectacular full water view. Guest room has 2 twin beds with high quality linens, clock radio and iron and ironing board. Provided for all our guests: starter kit containing, dishwasher soap, dish sponge and soap, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, and hairdryers in each bathroom.
