Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Max occupancy is 10 guests. Additional charge of $20 per person/night is charged for over 10 guests.
- Signed rental agreement and $250 refundable security deposit reserves the cottage. Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate and 50% of the cleaning fee is required 75 days before arrival or along with security deposit if reservation is made within 75 days of arrival.
- Cleaning service at time of check out is $100 in addition to rental rates. Adjustable rate premium for holiday weeks and weekends will apply.
Pets will be considered. If a pet is allowed, there is a $20/day or $100/week additional charge for the pet to stay at the cottage.
