* One half of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking the reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the arrival date is less than 60 days from the booking date, then the entire amount is due up front.
* Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the arrival date will receive a refund IF that same time period can be re-booked.
*Payments are to be made via PayPal, a secured Internet method of credit card payment. Payments made 30+ days prior to arrival may be made via money order, cashier's check or personal check.
