SORRY, NO LARGE FUNCTIONS OR PETS: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT RENT HOUSE OUT FOR LARGE FUNCTIONS SUCH AS WEDDINGS, AS HOUSE IS LOCATED IN QUIET RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. AGAIN UNFORTUNATELY DUE TO SEVERAL BAD PET EXPERIENCES WE NO LONGER ALLOW PETS.
