More House Details: At 4,250 square feet, the home can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people. In the master bedroom guests find a grand fireplace and spacious sitting area. The lower level living room/media room/bar downstairs features a full wet bar covered in granite, a surround sound system with Multi-disc CD, DVD, VHS, and cable that can be piped to the kitchen, sauna, and hot tub areas. Child friendly, lots of toys and children's movies available. With patio heaters on both the deck off the kitchen/dining room, and the deck off the lower level living room, guests can enjoy being outside year-round. The 8-person hot tub sits on the deck off the lower living room and has unobstructed views of the Deer Valley slopes. Awesome hiking/snowshoeing/riding trails are right outside the back door. NON-SMOKING. Pets negotiable. 2 Car Garage. High Speed Wireless Internet. Cable. Daily maid service.
