If you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or within 60 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights that are able to be re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights able to be re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
