Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Discounts are provided for stays of longer than 7 nights, and longer term rentals are considered.
- Reservation/damage deposit of $500 is required at time of booking. Half of rental charges are due 120 days before beginning of rental, with remaining half of rental charges due 60 days prior to rental. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before scheduled arrival will receive full refund of rental charges. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Security deposit returned within 60 days of check-out inspection.
Property will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. A mid-stay housekeeping visit and linens change-out can be arranged for an additional charge of approx. $125.
A number of grocery stores in George Town stock all the items you will need for a wonderful vacation, but you will certainly want to eat out at some of the many wonderful local restaurants. - We have furnished and accessorized this villa very well for our own personal use, so we are sure you will find everything you’ll need here.
We have a rental manager “on-island” for who will assist you in making sure your vacation is great!

Half-bathroom on the ground floor, discretely 'out of the way' by the Laundry Room, allows convenient use without climbing the stairs to the second floor.

Huge master bedroom with tray ceiling, a king size bed, and a lovely sitting area and day bed, opens through French doors onto the veranda with breathtaking views. It has a full en-suite marble bathroom with a whirlpool bath/spa, marble shower, and double vanity. The first large guest bedroom has a queen size bed, chairs, and opens through French doors onto the veranda, also with magnificent water views. Second large guest bedroom, tastefully decorated offers two twin beds, chair, and shares a full bathroom. Comfortable fold-away bed or inflatable AeroBed is hidden out of sight in a closet or can be pulled out to sleep a seventh guest. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan .
