Bourne House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly rentals are Sat check in @ 3:00 pm Sat check out 10:00 am
Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice
Off peak rates and stays are negotiable - Summer rentals require a 50% deposit to hold the reservation, this must be received within seven (7) days of the booking reservation. The remainder due sixty (60) days prior to arrival. Non-refundable unless we are able to rent unit for that period.
Damage Deposit of $200.00 is required. This must be received with the 50% reservation deposit. The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, provided there is no damage to house or its contents.
Please inquire about winter long term rental rate.
