The five bedroom home offers sweeping bay views with a private stretch of sand just a few steps away. You may cruise the bay in the home’s fully equipped 21 foot Duffy electric boat or paddle away an afternoon in one of the two kayaks also supplied for guests. The island is accessible by foot or golf cart only, providing an idyllic retreat from the outside world. Off site secure parking for two cars is provided. This property is available by the month only. Guests must apply and be pre-approved by the Bay Island board of directors.
