Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required.
- A reservation deposit of 15% of the total rental (rate + tax + cleaning fee) is required.
- The non-refundable cleaning fee is $150 and is required.
-The 15% reservation deposit and the $500 damage deposit must be received within two (2) days of booking the reservation.
The damage deposit is not applied toward rent, however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided certain provisions outlined in the contract are met.
- 50% of the remaining rental rate is required 60 days before arrival
- Balance due 14 days prior to arrival
- All rates are subject to 9.0% sales tax (fortunately, we do not have to charge the additional room tax required by hotels)
- Only Credit Cards are accepted: Visa, Mastercard or Amex -
Cancellations– A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. However, the damage deposit is fully refundable when canceling.
