It has a brand new bathroom vanity area with a complete en suite bathroom with glass door shower and stone floors. The guest house also has a brand new terrace which may be accessed through brand new glass sliding doors as well allowing for the best views on the property and trade winds capture as well. the downstairs bedroom is brand new as well with all new furniture, paint and accessories. There is a monitored alarm system 24/7.
