The cottage can sleep up to 4 (2 bedrooms/1bathroom). Come and get away for a great weekend filled with Girl Talk, Shopping, Massage Treatments, and Relaxing!! LADIES GETAWAY PACKAGE DEAL --2 Nights for 4 Ladies with Breakfast each morning --4 One Hour Massage Treatments (One for each Lady--additional massages can be added for an extra charge) --Snack Basket (for those late night talk sessions) $980.00 total - Weekends ($245.00 Per Lady) $875.00 total - Weekdays ($218.75 Per Lady) **Prices Include State Room Tax** **If you only have 3 ladies, you may deduct $100.00 from total price. Policies: Need to do some serious de-stressing during your vacation?? A massage is the perfect way to relax and unwind. We can arrange to have a Massage Therapist come right to your vacation rental house. One Hour Massage is $100.00 & a One and Half Hour Massage is $140.00. Days/Times for Massages are subject to availability. 2 Massage Minimum. Massage appointments can be made when you make a reservation for the house. We accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Visa, and Mastercard. CHECK-IN Time is anytime after 3:00pm CHECK-OUT Time is by 11:00am (We are happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we are able. There shall be a charge of $25.00 per Half-Hour that you occupy the house before 3:00pm or after 11:00am if you do not request and we approve a early check-in/late check-out). • NO Inside SMOKING (outside only) • NO Pets • NO More than the reserved number of guests on or in the property at anytime • NO Visitors of Guest(s)

Cancellation Policy: A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations. All scheduled Massages must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or full amount of scheduled massages will be charged.
