Three level townhome in a very popular recently sold out community just up the street from downtown Bethany Beach. Home contains many upgrades w/ gas fireplace, hardwood floors, and all the extra bump outs for extra living space including a spacious upstairs master suite with luxury bathroom. Beautifully decorated and furnished with top of the line furnishings and amenities. Premier cable, high speed WIFI, with two master suites upstairs and two levels down to give two families their own space and privacy. Walk to shopping across the street at Southern Delaware's nicest Super Giant grocery store. The home is setup with a Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the entry level master bedroom with private full bath, the third level has three additional bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and the two other rooms have twin/full bunk beds. The second level has an open floor plan with two family rooms,a large eating area and a very nice patio with grill backing up to undeveloped wetlands

Bethany Beach is one of the top tourist areas in the Southern Delaware Region. Bethany has retained it's quaint charm while quietly becoming more and more popular each year. Delaware boasts tax free shopping and some of the best golf courses on the east coast including Baywood, Lighthouse Sound, and the Peninsula. Boat ramp is within minutes of the Indian River Inlet home to some of the best fishing in Delaware. Proximity within walking distance to SuperGiant and other convenient shops and restaurants is a major plus. Bethany is half way between Ocean City, Maryland and Rehoboth Beach, Delaware which each boast wonderful summertime resort activities including restaurants, outlet shopping, beaches, nightlife, etc.

- Plenty of bathroom space for two families with the crown jewel being that of the upstairs master bedroom with large private shower, jetted soaking bath, and private toilet area. The downstairs bathroom is also very nice. All baths are nicely furnished with new amenities since house is less than two years old.
