What guests say about us : We didn't know what to expect,when we entered the cottage for the first time. What a nice surprise!!! The rooms had been cooled down for our arrival . Every year we visit our grandchildren, and instead of staying in a hotel, this time, we rented the guest house. We will never stay at another hotel again. Great location, we were able to walk to the restaurants on Vermont Ave and we felt completely independent in a city that we didn't know all that well.
