Our beautiful 3 bdrm 2 bath Rehoboth Beach Townhome is still available some weeks this season. It is 1 block from the ocean/boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently renovated. There is a screened in 2nd floor porch. There is hardwood flooring or ceramic tile throughout (no carpeting!). There are two Parking Spaces, a small deck, a study area off the upstairs bedroom, full size washer dryer, and a remodeled outside shower. The unit is bright and sunny. The unit is rented during the season from Saturday to Saturday, off season we rent nightly with a 3 night minimum or weekly

This townhouse is located one block from the Rehoboth beach boardwalk. When you are not enjoying the beach, there are many great restaurants/shops within a couple of blocks
