Tahoe City House Summary
This house is available for 3 day weekends and weekly winter fun. You can enjoy the privacy of having two spas, 6 bedrooms, and 5 baths in a secluded setting on the north shore of Lake Tahoe, with Nordic ski trails right out the back door, along with bike trails in the spring and summer. In winter months, you can ski right out the back door. Tahoe Nordic Ski Center is located here! A little lake is within walking distance, as well as hiking or biking trails that go to Squaw Valley, Truckee, Tahoe City, and Northstar. The home is located on a quiet court outside of Tahoe City on Dollar Hill with greenbelt in the back yard. This home is very privet, yet close to Tahoe City and the Truckee River one way, or Crystal Bay and the casinos the other way. In the summer many get togethers and family reunions have been celebrated here, as well as large corporate groups. This beautiful home is available all year round. Please e-mail for availability. House is totally equipped, two telephones, hi speed WI fi, 2 satellite TV systems with 8 TV sets including a 50 inch plasma. Lots of parking area in the summer. Greenbelt out the back yard with room to hit golf balls, play Frisbee or just let the kids run around. Two separate kitchens, each with it's own gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave, and also a separate eating area besides the large dining room.
