This hand hewn trapper style cabin was totally remodeled in '06 and is located on Bear Creek in Bear Canyon, private and secluded and only six miles or a 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown Bozeman. In the heart of the Gallatin Valley, this is the perfect base camp to see and experience everything you want to do in the Greater Yellowstone Area. A True 'Taste of Montana', Bear Creek Log Cabin is located on Bear Creek (brown & rainbow trout) in Bear Canyon, six miles or 10 minutes to Historic downtown Bozeman, and within minutes to four Blue Ribbon Trout Streams, Big Sky and Bridger Ski Resorts, Lewis and Clark Caverns, and Yellowstone National Park. This Creekside Trapper Style Log Cabin has the privacy, seclusion and amenities that you are looking for after a day of exploring the Northern Rockies. Or, just relax on the 10 acre property by the fire (inside or out) and watch the local wildlife stroll by. Yes, we have wild turkeys, black bear, white tail deer, elk, and moose.
