Come and enjoy the idyllic Florida Gulf Coast! This nicely decorated, one year old unit located on the first floor, has a beautiful view overlooking the lake. We are located just 3 miles from Bonita Beach and 10 minutes from the new Coconut Point Mall.
This condo has a wonderful open layout. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with eating area. The kitchen opens into a comfortably appointed living room with a flat screen, cable TV and DVD player for a relaxing evening of entertainment. The separate dining room has a large table that will seat up to 8 people. The Master BR features a king size bed, large walk-in closet, and cable TV. It has a full size, jet tub, walk in shower and double sinks. The Guest BR has two twin beds and ample closet space. For added convenience, the unit has a laundry room equipped with washer and dryer.
Marbella at Spanish Wells is located on Bonita Beach Road. The community has two pools. Several challenging public golf courses are minutes away.
