CLEANING FEE You have the option of cleaning yourselves or paying $150 If you opt to self clean and the home is not clean and in order for the next family, $150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
SECURITY DEPOSIT of $250 refundable within 30 days after inventory & inspection.
