- To reserve your week(s), a $300 reservation deposit with a signed rental agreement is required. 120 days prior to move-in, 50% of the total rental fee + the $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required. The remaining 50% of the rental fee will be due 60 days prior to move-in.
