Isle of Palms House Summary

This is the first time this home has been put on summer rental. This was a home that was redone for me and my wife when we had our first child. It features new cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile in back bath hall kitchen and hall bath, dimmers on almost every switch. Also has a nice sun room upstairs and a little private deck on the back. It is on 25th Ave, which is a main beach access street, so just walk to the end of the driveway, pass 2 homes and you’re on the beach.
