Lubec House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $650 - $800 week.
- July, $750/wk. August 1 - 21, $800/wk; August 22 - October 31, $650/wk. Please add $50/wk rent surcharge and $50 additional damage deposit for pets or more than 6 people. A $400 per week refundable deposit ($450/week if you have pets), is due when you place your reservation. This deposit acts as a reservation deposit to secure your reservation until your stay begins. Once you arrive, it becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Your damage deposit will be returned shortly after your departure. Full payment of the rent plus tax is due at least 6 weeks before your stay will begin.

We can also accommodate people with physical limitations in the living room downstairs with a foldout futon sofa. There are full baths upstairs and downstairs.
