Lake Arrowhead Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates are for 2 guests Only and Any Additional Adult will be charged a $20.00
- Pets are welcome, $10 additional fee per a night. Maximimum ONE PET.
Children under 6 old stay for free, but any more than 2 adults will be charged a $10 additional fee for every night.
There is a automatic maid fee of 55 if your there for one night or I month one time only this is to clean the place linen etc so it is the same shape as when you arrived .place includes pots pans dishes towels sheets pillow cases toilet paper the only thing you need to bring is soap and shampo

- Separate bedroom has queen size bed, flat screen TV, lots of closet space. Two single beds are located on the second floor. Living room has brand new sofa bed for 2 and one twin bed for one and fireplace. Beautiful views of around 50 acres of forests and trees. Water has to be shut off due to the freezing weather. So we ask all renters to please pick the wrench from the hallway closet and walk outside the cabin to the left where you will find plastic owl hanging, right underneath that owl, you will find 2 steel rods , please turn it either direction to turn the water off when you leave or on arrival turn it on We ask you to do the same steps to turn off the water when you leave the cabin, so the water won't freeze in the pipes.
