Living room includes a flat screen TV with basic cable channels & DVD player for your enjoyment. TV/DVD player in MBDRM as well. Vaulted ceiling & skylights add to the decor! There's also a large Roman tub in Master bath. Ideal for extended stay or executive rentals, covered parking within view of the balcony, 24-hour roaming security on-site. Owner is open to possible sale - Inquire. But the Tropical setting at Laguna Palms is the best part, surrounded by lush, mature landscaping, the door of our unit opens to this paradise.
