- The main villa has three bedrooms with double beds. The two self-contained suites are in a separate units. All beds have mosquito nets and all bedrooms are air-conditioned. We have a baby crib, two additional spare mattresses and an extra set of twin beds if needed

South West Sri Lanka Estate Details
Max Wadiya cuisine: Meals at Max Wadiya are prepared by Janaka who excels in Sri Lankan cuisine, but can also offer a wide range of Western, Indian and Chinese dishes Daily menus are provided but guest input is welcomed to accommodate special requests or dietary considerations. Fresh produce is bought daily from our local markets. There is little red meat but plenty of fish and seafood bought locally and sometimes from the fishermen as they haul their catch onto our beach. Strict standards of hygiene are maintained in the kitchen. Drinking water is filtered and boiled before refrigerated and all fresh produce washed and sterilized.
Amenities at Max Wadiya: The Wadiya staff will ensure that you are looked after in a manner beyond 5 star.. To add to your comfort, there are radios and music systems in the villa and suites. The villa also has a TV/DVD corner with satellite TV In addition, an intercom system connects all parts of the property. The Wadiya has two land-line telephones, a fax and an ADSL Broadband connection with wireless facilities throughout the property. There is a well-stocked library you are welcome to borrow books from and leave some of yours behind. The Wadiya has a wide range of outdoor sports equipment and a number of indoor games for your use. Yoga lessons on the beach can be arranged with prior notice and ayurvedic massages by a trained professional can be arranged at the Wadiya.
Transport can be organized with prior notice to pick guests up from the airport or other specified locations. There are a number of day trips that can also be arranged from Max Wadiya to many interesting parts of the island. There are several resorts along the coast offering a variety of water sports. The historic Dutch/Portuguese fortress town of Galle is 30 minutes away. Day trips to wildlife safari parks, rain forests, and river-rafting outings can be arranged.
