Loiza Villa Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Tax rate is included in the rental amount.
- The weekly rental amount is: $1000 USD (a week constitutes of 7 days, 6 nights), additional nights at $150.00 USD. Other weekly fees include: $100.00 USD (utilities), $75.00 USD (cleaning), $200.00 USD (damage deposit). The total amount of $1375.00 USD (weekly rental amount plus fees) will be paid by the lessee to the lessor according to the following schedule:
- 1) 50% of the total amount as initial deposit to book the occupancy time period ($687.50 USD). This amount will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation by LESSEE within 30 days prior to the beginning of the occupancy time period. A $300 cancellation fee applies outside of the 30 days.
2) 50% of the total amount four weeks prior to the occupancy time period ($687.50 USD).
The damage deposit will be reimbursed to the lessee after a satisfactory post-lease
inspection.
