- 1) 50% of the total amount as initial deposit to book the occupancy time period ($692.50 USD). This amount will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation by LESSEE within 30 days prior to the beginning of the occupancy time period. A $300cancellation fee applies outside of the 30 days.
2) 50% of the total amount four weeks prior to the occupancy time period ($692.50 USD).
The damage deposit will be reimbursed to the lessee after a satisfactory post-lease
inspection.
