Location is everything!!! There are times when you can see from the kitchen window, the pond glistening in the morning sun. The amenities near this house are: North side beaches, bike trail, conservations woods, and a private pond are all near and dear to those who love visiting and relaxing on the Cape. The Playhouse and Village Green are only a short drive away as are great dining and other fun summer activities. This home is stocked with a full kitchen, outside shower, gas grill, and plenty of sunshine for you to enjoy.

The location is very desirable for vacationing on the Cape. You can access the house from either exit 8 or 9 depending on which direction you are traveling. Being in the middle of the Cape has so many advantages. You can take a day trip by ferry to Martha's Vineyard or to Provincetown for whale-watching or even go to Chatham for a seal cruise and still feel like you are near enough to avoid traffic and commuting. Down the road from the house is a bike trail that can take you to Scargo Lake or town center. Convenience and location all in one!!
