Off-Street Parking Available: As you probably know, parking in SOBE can be difficult at best!! Luckily, we have a parking spot available with this condo. It rents for $15.00 per night. This is highly recommended. If you street park without a parking permit between 6PM and 7AM, and all weekend long, your car will be ticketed and/or towed ($160.00 charge).
