The boat sits on an electrically-operated lift on the wrap around boat dock just outside the home. The boat is fully equipped to Coastguard specifications and provides perfect days out on the water whether you like to fish, cruise, go shelling, to dinner or just want to go sight-seeing around Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva and Pine Island. The route to the main river is a trip that takes just 10 minutes. There are several restaurants that you can boat to with all the information in the home.
