- This house has enough room for everybody. It can be either a 6 bedroom or 3 bedroom as it is a 2 unit home. We only rent one section at a time. So if you need more space with extended family or pair uyp with friends we can provide up to 6 bedrooms... if you need not so much space we can give you 3 bedrooms. We provide linens. It has just been newly renovated, with paint, hardwood floors, electric, kitchens, and landscaping. We also have a crib and can bring in cots if needed. Local grocery has delivery for food if you wish charcoal grill and gas grill outside provided with a picnic bench to seat 10, beach chairs. and large yard surrounded by 8 acres of conservation. Walk to famous 4 Seas Ice Cream shop. Flowering lilies and other flowering plants fill the yard. enjoy the outside shower with duel heads.

Great all around vacation area: Water ski, parasail, lounge on the beach, visit historic areas some of the oldest in the country. Fishing salt water or fresh water. Fly fishing for Striped bass the best in the world. Bluefishing is the best for a fighting fish, even go to the Sark Tournament or fish for tuna. Or just lie on the 6 miles of Sandy Neck Beach and dine on fresh oysters from Wellfleet, or dig in the sand for fresh clams. See the Kennedy's Compound from shore or the sight seeing boats, Chase's, Dupont's, Schwarzenegger's estates, and others in the finest tourist area. We give you a free beach pass so you don't have to pay at local beaches to park. Sits in 8 acres of conservation. Owners live close by if any problems arise.
