Highlands House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Note that our Cleaning Fees are based on the number of occupants and are separate for Main & Guest
- Rates Listed are FIRM and NOT negotiable, please do not ask for discounts or special considerations. If we have a discounted rate available, we will tell you. For your convenience, we have priced the Main House and the Guest House separately and so you can adjust according to the size of your family/party. If you are renting the Main House and do not need the Guest House, we reserve the right to rent it to another party during your stay. Nightly Rentals- We are FIRM about our one week minimum at the Main house during the summer months. There is a 3 night minimum during other months. Sorry, but due to the popularity of this house, there are no discounts for multiple week rentals. Please e-mail us for an exact quote.
Year Round Guest House Rates:
With Main House Rental $375 per week + cleaning and taxes
As a Single Unit: $475 per week + cleaning and taxes - Cleaning Fees for Main House Only: 1-3 People= $150.00, 4-5 people= $175.00, 6-7 people= $200.00, 8+ people=$225
Cleaning Fee for the Guest House is $85.00
Our pet fee is paid directly to our cleaning service. Each pet is charged as an additional person for cleaning purposes.
All New Guests are required to submit a refundable Reservation/Damage Deposit of $250.
Sorry but we cannot accept last minute rentals from first time guests. We need 7 days advance notice to complete paperwork and schedule our cleaning service.

- The Bathrooms are a bit odd, but fully functional! In the Main House, the main level bath has a tub with a hand held shower, but no standing shower and the lower level bath has a small shower stall but no tub...For this reason, we have a great outdoor hot tub and an outdoor shower (yep, hot and cold water) just off of the Master Bedroom Deck. Please note that during winter months, the outdoor shower cannot be used due to winterizing. The hot tub and outdoor shower are only for guests renting the main house.The Guest House has a six foot long, deep soaking tub and a small shower stall.

- The Main House has 3 Bedrooms, but one of them is also used as a workout room, so the full sized bed is futon bed with a deep mattress. We can also provide you with an additional twin sized portable air bed. The Guest House has a full sized bed on the first floor and a queen bed in the LOFT Sleeping Area. All Linens are provided. Cribs are available upon request. Main House, maximum number for sleeping in beds is 6-7. Guest House, maximum number for sleeping is 4. Those visiting the guest house must be able to climb the ladder into the sleeping loft.
