HOUSEKEEPING: Please help keep areas clean. No accumulation of laundry should be left in the unit upon departure. Housekeeping service includes NO MORE than 2 loads of laundry. Any additional laundry will be charged against your security deposit. Housekeeping does not do dishes. All dishes must be cleaned before departure. Dishes may be left clean/running in the dishwasher. Failure to leave unit in neat and orderly condition will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit. Please remove ALL trash from the unit when you depart. THANK YOU.
