Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- We do not rent to single individuals under age 25 unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
- A security deposit of $250 is required. This deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure if everything is left in the condition it was when you arrived and all conditions of Rental Contract are met.
- We accept credit card payments through PayPal. Certified checks and/or personal checks in the exact amount of purchase only must be received by us no less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal.
