The Waterfront Setting: We think that you will agree that there is not another place in all of Florida that is this unique and breathtaking! The beach view is unique because of the 3000 ft sea oat and sand dune preserve directly in front of our home. This gives you an enhanced view of this beautiful beach scene!. LaFitte's Cove is also unparalleled on its own and offers yet a different waterfront view with the sound beyond as well as a boat landing for your personal use.
The best hiking/biking trail: Fort Pickens is a very interesting site with quite a history. The 7 mile peninsula to get there is sometimes only a 100 yards wide and is surrounded by the Gulf on the south and the Sound to the north. It is worth the trip and is a MUST SEE adventure.
Location-Location-Location: Our neighborhood surrounds the cove and fronts the gulf with very upscale multi million dollar properties. You will want to come back every year!
