Attractions Galore: Shlitterbahn was rated as the World's Best Waterpark by the Travel Channel. Our home is one short block from the best attractions, such as the Boogie Bahn, and the Master Blaster. The park can provide many days of fun. Outlet shopping in San Marcos is just 20 minutes away, featuring Prime Outlets and Tanger Outlets, which together form the largest outlet complex in the world. ABC's program 'The View' rated Prime Outlets San Marcos as the 3rd Best Place in the WORLD to shop. Tubing on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers is one of the area's most popular activities. People flock to float the crystal clear Comal River and the beautiful, longer trips on the Guadalupe River. This property is located a few blocks from both rivers. San Antonio is the State's most popular tourist city, featuring not only the Alamo and the Riverwalk but also Six Flags Fiesta Texas theme park, Sea World, and much more.
