The penthouse features 4 bedrooms, an extra large great room, fully functional kitchen with granite counter tops & stainless steel appliances, 2 decks overlooking the pool with wonderful views of the ocean & beach. You're only steps to the beautiful beach. The master bedroom suite is furnished with a queen size bed, color TV and full bathroom. A second bedroom features a queen size bed, and third bedroom comes complete with a king size bed. The fourth bedroom is adorned with 2 twin beds. In addition, we provide renters with 2 rollaway cots to be used for additional people (these can be rolled into the great room). The common areas feature spacious, beautifully furnished great room, full kitchen, dining room set, and large TV. The penthouse has 2 additional full bathrooms & powder room. Wildwood Crest Condo Details

Additional Rate Information: Off-Season Specials are available: May & September Weekends - $350.00 per night (3-night minimum) Must be 25 years old or older to rent. We rent to families and adults ONLY. No senior weeks, proms, or spring breakers.

Deposit & Security Deposit: $500 deposit is due upon reservation, with the balance due one month prior to rental date. $750 security deposit will be due at time of final payment, and will be returned to renter within two weeks of check-out date. Any damage done to condo unit will be deducted from security deposit.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: If cancellation occurs prior to two months of rental date, renter would receive full refund, assuming the week can be re-rented. Should the cancellation occur within two months of the rental date, deposit will be held.
