Peggy's Cove House Details
The Main Floor: The main floor includes a large, open kitchen – dining – living room with a central woodstove, a bedroom (with a queen sized bed) as well as a large bathroom. The second floor houses the master suite and two flex spaces (which would be great areas for children to sleep).
The Kitchen and Bathrooms: The main floor bathroom includes an oversized shower/steam room with bench and is tiled throughout with a specially designed glass door separating the toilet/sink area and the shower/steam room. The second floor bathroom has an electronically-controlled Jacuzzi bath for two. The kitchen is bright and intelligently designed for the serious and efficient cook. There is lots of storage space for food, dishes and cooking equipment, as well as a large maple breakfast bar.
Parking and Activities: There is parking for one vehicle next to the boathouse in the front of the house along Cove Road, and for two or more in the back. There is a beautiful 10 km ocean-side walk just down the road. There are many other nature walks just outside the door. There is also swimming off the ‘government’ wharf and at a nearby sandy beach.
