Seven Seas Public Beach and Luquillo beach are the most beautiful beaches around. There are typical seafood restaurants and Kiosks walking distance at the fisherman's area. The Conquistador Casino has Famous Restaurants and Golf Course, Water Park and more. There are Outlet Shopping Malls, Shopping Centers, Grocery Stores and Fast Foods. Minutes from Fajardo Ferry to Culebras and Vieques Island.

The apartment is located at the east side of Puerto Rico where all the beautiful beaches are. It is on a building just in front of the Caribbean Ocean at the fifth floor with a magnificent balcony view. It sits just beside the Conquistador Hotel Marina. From balcony you can see the Icacos, Palominos even Vieques and Culebra Islands and the Conquistador Villas and Marina. The area around is a Fisherman's area where you can select to go, snorkeling, scuba, fishing, sailing, eating and more. It is at the base of the Conquistador Hotel and Casino, so you can visit the Hotel and use the Restaurants, Casino and Stores. Now they have the biggest Water Park in the Caribbean. Nighttime kayak tours are at few minutes away, Seven Seas Public Beach and typical kiosks. Nearby amenities are The Rain Forest, horseback riding, outlet shopping malls and more.
