It has parking spaces for at least 4 cars and is a 5-minute drive from the Fajardo Mall and movie theaters. Within walking distance, there are many restaurants, as well as pharmacies, bakeries, and other specialty stores and businesses. Some of the nearby activities include surfing and windsurfing at nearby La Pared or La Selva, and spectacular scuba diving and snorkeling. The beach villa is only 10 minutes away from the world-famous El Yunque Rainforest and Las Cabezas de San Juan Natural Reserve and Lighthouse (which is home to one of the world's last remaining bioluminescent bays). It is a 15-minute drive to the ferries and airports that provide transportation to the offshore islands of Culebra and Vieques and even closer to several horseback riding facilities.

The L-shaped terrace is very spacious (has an outdoor shower for after the beach or pool) and overlooks a variety of fruit and palm trees.
