Notes: This house contains a total house stereo system that also acts as a theater system in the Billiard room. Individually controlled stereo speakers are in bedrooms, bathrooms, porches, great room, kitchen, billiard room and poolside. We recommend that you bring any video and or Cd's you may wish to enjoy during your stay as well as beach towels and beach toys, although toy's are frequently left behind by previous guests and are kept in the garage. The garage can hold 5 cars. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a warming drawer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, toaster, hand mixer as well as all dishes, glassware, stemware, bar tools, pots, pans, utensils and serving pieces. Should you wish to rent a bike, crib or high chair, feel free to contact my property manager for assistance.


Isle of Palms House Details

Upper Level: Great Room with one sleeper sofa, 1 LCD TV, 1 fireplace, Gourmet Kitchen with your every need provided for. Dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 more at the counter Master Bedroom with private bath, TV, sleeper sofa. Master bedroom sitting room (can be closed off as a bedroom) with fireplace. Porch extending the length of the front of the house with teak table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Expansive views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean beyond.

Lower Level: Pool is accessed by several sets of doors. Pool is heated in winter and cooled in summer. Several teak chairs are there for your pleasure. The stereo system can be used out here as well as many other locations throughout the house. Main Line Gas Grill is poolside. 2nd Master Bedroom, with private bath TV and doors leading directly to the pool area. Guest Room, with private bath and doors leading to the front porch. Guest Room with shared bath, TV and doors leading to the front porch. Guest Room with shared bath, to twin beds and one trundle. Game Room, with Sleeper Sofa (Room can be closed off to use as a bed room) Billiard Table, Total House Stereo System, Home Theater System, LCD TV, Ice Maker, Wet Bar, and Refrigerator, Games, Puzzles and several sets of doors leading to the pool area. 1/2 Bath that leads to the pool area.

Elevator ~ Grill ~ Beach ~ Garage: Elevator can access all three floors of the house, ideal for luggage and or groceries. Gas Grill is Poolside Beach access is directly across the street from the driveway. ~ A 100 yard walk to the beach! Garage can hold up to 5 CARS. Out door shower for use when returning from the beach.

Golf: Feel free to play any of the amazing golf courses in the area. Wild Dunes is less than a mile away.
