  • There is a 10.5% mandatory City Transient Tax on all San Diego rentals under 28 days.
  • To secure your requested dates, we must receive a fully executed rental agreement and 50% of the total rent paid by check/MC/Visa. If the 50% of the total rent is paid by check, a credit card still needs to be held on file. We have a Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee of $100.00. Pets are welcome on our property, however we do ask you to please fill out our Pet Disclaimer on the Rental Agreement. The 'Residual Amount Due (Rent, Tax & Cleaning Fee) is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. Example: 50% of total rent/Rental Agreement due immediately to reserve dates. If your arrival date is 06/01/08 the Residual amount is due the latest 05/01/08.
  • CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm, however you may inquire about any earlier check-in time provided there has been ample time to prepare the property for your stay. If we can not provide an early check-in and there is a need to hold baggage prior to check-in, we can arrange to have your baggage held at the property location while it is being prepared for your stay. CHECK-OUT is at 11:00am the day of your departure. If it is absolutely necessary we can provide a check-out time of 12:00 noon.

The sleeping arrangements work perfectly for any combination of 2 - 8 people giving ample room for privacy.
