Drive down a long private driveway with mock orange, avocados, grapes, lavender, lemons, olive and fruit trees that mesmerize your senses. The view is nothing short of spectacular panoramic ocean, mountain, and Channel Island views reminiscent of the romantic Mediterranean-Amalfi Coastline in Italy. The weather is similar to Sardinia and Sicily in Italy with hints of the famous French Riviera. The hawks soar over the royal blue majestic Pacific Ocean. It is quite, peaceful, and serene. Enjoy the pool or nearby beaches and great restaurants of the Montecito, Santa Barbara area. It is very European with polo, horse and garden shows, concerts, and old world culture. Some of the best golf courses in the Western U.S. are available to play locally. Fishing, surfing, mountain climbing, nature walks, bicycling, shopping, boating, whale watching, and wine tasting (great local wines) are a few of the favorite pastimes of the locals.
