Tree Tops is a wonderful blend of old and new. This large sprawling home has something for everyone. There are a total of 8 decks and porches, including a wonderful screened in porch and a lovely deck area that is tranquil and sheltered in which to enjoy an outdoor meal. This unique home is ideal for a large family, a family reunion or a corporate get away. The home is only a couple of miles from Blue Ridge but sits on over 2 private wooded acres. There is even a fenced yard for your 4 legged children, with lots of shade. There is also ample parking for your boat or RV. Lake Blue Ridge and the Marina are just a mile away. There is a lovely great room with a fireplace, TV area and a spiral staircase leading up to a deck. The living room is complete with a Baby Grand Piano, surround sound TV/entertainment unit, and the kitchen has a warm spacious sitting area with a massive stone fireplace. The hot tub holds 6. Plenty of space to gather as a family or pick a cozy deck to read on.

We are located 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Blue Ridge. Ride the famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railroad which travels through the mountains and along the Toccoa River to McCaysville and back. There are numerous antique shops and restaurants. Horseback riding, white water rafting, hiking, tubing, trout fishing in the Toccoa River, scenic drives, jet skiing on Blue Ridge Lake, swimming, boating - these are just a few of the wonderful activities available. Don't miss the Ocoee Whitewater Center which is where the 1996 white water kayaking trials were held. You can spend all day just watching the rafts and kayaks shoot the river here. There are also numerous festivals, fairs and music offered in the area from early Spring till late Fall. Or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
